Outpatient Services


Outpatient Services is a community based program operating on principles and values of psycho-social rehabilitation and recovery philosophy. The program serves people living within North Simcoe who experience serious mental illness and request treatment, support and advocacy, have had an acute psychiatric admission requiring follow-up, and have mild to moderate symptoms of mental illness but have not been linked with the formal system. 

Outpatient Services provides case management services, family/significant other involvement, spiritual care groups, metabolic clinic, treatment rehabilitation, pharmacy service, psychiatric consultation and shared care services.
