Your help is needed... Family Engagement Sessions: Access to Care
Posted on 02/26/2016
What is it?
Families are being asked to share their experience about a family member waiting for their first outpatient visit after discharge from hospital.

Why does it matter?
Waypoint, along with Ontario Shores, The Royal and CAMH, is participating in a project to understand how to measure wait times from:
  * Date of complete referral to when someone is admitted to hospital
  * Date of discharge to when someone receives outpatient services

You can help!
By joining in the conversation, you can help us understand how to define waiting and how to report it to the public in a meaningful way.
