The program focuses on securing affordable, permanent and independent housing opportunities for Waypoint patients who have experienced frequent or lengthy psychiatric hospitalizations, and where the acquisition of suitable supported housing and comprehensive community supports is deemed critical to their recovery and community integration.  The goal of the program is to enhance choice by increasing options for high support housing, thereby enabling health recovery, community integration and tenure, and an increase in quality of life.
