Waypoint actively supports a culture of diversity and inclusion and welcomes applications from all who reflect the diverse communities Waypoint serves including representatives from the Francophone and Indigenous communities.
Our 301-bed specialty psychiatric hospital is accredited with exemplary status and includes extensive outpatient services and an internationally recognized mental health research facility, the Waypoint Research Institute. We are located on the shores of Georgian Bay and provide regional mental health and addiction services to the communities of Simcoe County, Muskoka, West Parry Sound and Dufferin Counties. Waypoint has the province’s only high secure forensic mental health hospital for the assessment, treatment and care of male patients with a serious mental health disorder who have come into contact with the law.
