Jill Tettmann
Jill Tettmann, Director
Jill was appointed to the board in June 2022 bringing extensive experience in health care and non-profit leadership. Since 2020 she has held the position of President and CEO for YMCA Simcoe Muskoka and has supported its board and the organization through the pandemic and recovery planning including a plan for stabilization. She has also led the YMCA through a new strategic planning process while overseeing, and evaluating all programs and services across multiple sites.
Prior to joining the YMCA Jill was responsible for planning, funding, integrating and accountability of over 60 health service provider organizations as the Chief Executive Officer for the former North Simcoe/Muskoka Local Health Integration Network ((LHIN). In this role, and prior roles as a senior director for health system performance, integration and planning, she was involved in various regional mental health services improvements including walk-in clinics and the design and implementation of the Simcoe Muskoka Opioid Strategy.
Jill is a strategic senior executive known for leading transformational change and achieving results in complex health and social service environments. She is an advocate for high quality, integrated systems that balance the patient experience with better value and better health. She holds a Masters of Health Sciences from the University of Toronto.
